Name: Hannah Abbott
Birthdate: May 15, 1980
Meaning: Hannah -- with the grace of God
origin: The Abbott's had suffered several miscarriages and had just about given up on having children when Hannah made it to full term. Her father said that it was only by the "Grace of God" that she survived.
Wand:Redwood with a hair from a unicorn's tail.
Redwood is known to be extremely useful for protection spells as well as to help obtain focus and discipline. The user of this wand will find complete serentity in the most chaotic of situations.
Unicorn Tail – Best for the pure of heart.
Former House: Hufflepuff
Blood:(Pureblood,Half-blood, Muggle born) Half-blood (Mum was witch, Dad's a Muggle)
Political View: Hannah is definitely anti-Death Eater. Never quite knowing for certain who killed her mother she would enjoy watching each and every one of them get what they deserve for being party to numerous sensless murders.

This may be due to the fact that she is reluctant to leave home as someone had to take care of her father.

Boggart is? Explain. The dark mark (Hannah's biggest fear used to be the dark. This was because her father's mother would punish her by making her sit in a dark closet whenever she told a lie. One time that Hannah remembers vividly is when she told her cousins about Quidditch. This is perhaps one reson Hannah never took to Quidditch. But since the death of her own mother, Hannah's fear has changed. She is now scared that she will lose everyone that ever means anything to her. And that fear is best represented in the symbol of the people who took her mother from her.)
Patronus--can they produce one? What is it and why does it have that form? Hannah has tried desperately to learn how to cast a corporeal patronus but gets so nervous she only forms a major cloud of smoke.

Personality
Include strengths, weaknesses, quirks, general outlook on life.
Despite her mother's death, Hannah has a positive outlook on life. Her outlook is a product of being forced to be the light of her father's life. There were many times she would have rather just crawled into bed and cried for days, but knowing how much her father depends on her for his own happiness she forced herself to stay off the road to depression. Though she did spend a sufficient amount of time being glum, the realization that her mother would never want her to be unhappy is what finally caused her to sincerely seek out the positive despite the sorrow around her. During her seventh year at Hogwarts she made the most of every moment with her friends as she now knew how fleeting life could be. She was saddened when they parted ways at the end of the year but never kept them too far from her thoughts even though she separated herself at her father's request. His request for her to part company was easy for Hannah to comply with as she had no desire to surround herself with the sorrow that would evidently come as the war raged on. With the end of the war and the fact that Shawn Abbott has finally begun to move on with his life again(he actually went on a date a few months ago), Hannah longs for the world that helped to mold her into who she is. Once again ready to be an active part of the wizarding world is eager to rekindle old friendships. Yet, with all her eagerness she knows she must be wary in order to keep negative vibes from encompassing her once again. New comers into her life won't get the easy acceptance they once received as she now analyzes each person who enters her life in order to determine if they intend her harm or good fortune. Unfortunately, her skills when it comes to reading individuals is not always correct and she tends to lean on her Runes to help get a complete picture when she isn't quite sure (and her Rune skills are not quite up to par).

Family Mother, Jillian Abbott, was a pureblood who was killed in 1996 during the Death Eater uprisings. Father, Shawn Abbott is a Muggle who still lives Bromley.
Siblings? Only child (Though her parents tried for several she was the only pregnancy her mother was able to carry to term.)
Family dynamics--do they get along? Opposite sides of the war? Accept their child's magical talent? Pressure for 'pure blood' marriage? After her mother's death Hannah returned home to care for her father as he is the only family she has left. Her maternal grandparents died in a freak accident while visiting a dragon preservation in Russia. when Hannah was seven. Their funerals were the last time Hannah spent in connection to the wizarding world as a young child. Hannah fondly remembered watching amateur Quidditch matches with her Pappa and watching the way her Meemaw used to have all the pots and dishes flying around the kitchen in preparation for the meal. Hannah treasured these memories even after years of being told by her father's family that they were nothing but made up stories. When she got her acceptance letter to Hogwarts Jillian was proud while Shawn filled with concern. When Shawn's family learned that Hannah would not be going to Guilford they hit the roof. The argument became so heated that the elder Abbotts disowned their son and his family.

Lifestyle
Occupation: Has a fortune telling business in Muggle London (Though she's never made any prophesies worth a darn according to the Ministry, but it's a good living as Muggles are always seeking out answers to the unknown.)
Residence: With her father in their humble home in Bromley, a suburb of London.
Financial Status: Hannah has saved up enough money to move out on her own when she decided it is time.

History from student days at Hogwarts to the present time: (include any affiliations since Hogwarts, jobs, family life, significant events in the character's recent history, how was this character affected by the war?etc.) In her final year at Hogwarts Hannah focused on Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Ancient Runes, and Divination. Upon graduation, she quietly slipped off into Muggle London where she remained through the war. Hannah did not hide out of fear but to comfort her father who was afraid he'd lose her in the same manner he'd lost her mother. Afraid of being seen as a traitor and coward Hannah has tried to stay out of the lime light. To keep herself from going crazy from her sudden separation from the Wizarding world Hannah began to do Tarot readings, tea leaves, and crystal ball readings for Muggle on request. Once she had a solid customer base she opened a small shop. During the war, the Ministry did not venture into seemingly Muggle affairs at all. Hannah was only aware of the end of the war once a Ministry official showed up at her place of business to check her licensure and make certain she was using those methods approved by the Ministry for Muggle consumption. Occasionally, she wanders into Diagon Alley and has met back up with a few of her friends from Hogwarts. Slowly, she is making her way back into her mother's world.
